The service is owned and operated by Roosboard inc, The service is offered subject to your acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published on this site.

The service is available to the individuals who are least 15 years old if you do not qualify then do not attempt to use of service. Roosboard may reuse to offer the service to any person or may change the eligibility criteria at any time.
Roosboard reserves the rights, at its modify or terminates the service at any time without any prior notice. If we modify the service or the agreement we will send the modification of Roosboard website or provide you with notice of a modification, your continued use of the service following of any changes to the terms of use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By agreeing to the terms of this agreement the User claims and warrants that Subscriber’s use of a credit card or other payment method is authorized and that all information that the User submits to Roosboard or its payment processor, is true and accurate, and the User agrees to pay all fees incurred. The User authorizes automatic recurring payments to Roosboard for any fees disclosed as part of the Service. The User will not receive advance notice of the automatic recurring payment but will receive a post-payment confirmation email following the payment processing. If the transaction is refused by the financial institution issuing the User’s credit card for any reason, including closed or unauthorized account, Roosboard will not be able to process the payment. The User may be subject to additional charges if payment is rejected, reversed or refused by a financial institution. Roosboard does not accept any liability for any of your loss.
In order to use the account, you must register to create a new account ("Account"). During the registration, you will be provided certain information to us such as your username and password. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Roosboard will terminate or suspend your account if any information provided during the registration process is inaccurate or incomplete. you are responsible for safeguarding your password for your account. You may never use another user’s account without such other user’s express permission. You will immediately notify in writing of any unauthorized use of your account, or other account-related security breach of which you are aware.
You have full rights and solely responsible for canceling your account. An email or phone request has been sent to your account is not considered as a cancellation. you can cancel your account by your own on anytime. All of your content will be immediately deleted from the service upon cancellation. The information cannot be recovered once your account is canceled. Roosboard has the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason at any time.
The service may permit you to link other website or resources on the internet and other website or resources may contain links to the site. The other website is not under Roosboard control and you acknowledge that Roosboard are not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of such websites or resources.
Your use of the Site and the Service is governed by Roosboard Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRENTIES: CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICES, EUIPMENT, ROOSBOARD MATERIALS IS AT CUSTOMER’S SOLE RISK. ALL SERVICES, EQUIPMENT, AND GROW MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND ROOSBOARD HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ALL WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE, TO THE EXTENT, PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM ROOSBOARD OR THROUGH THE SITE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW. ROOSBOARD IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS. IN ANY AND ALL SITUATIONS WHERE IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, ROOSBAORD LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
The User may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Roosboard. Roosboard, however, may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without restriction.
This Agreement will be interpreted, construed, and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of India and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating there to.
This agreement stats the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Roosboard and you regarding the Roosboard Application and the Service, and this Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Roosboard and you regarding the Service.
